If you do not have health insurance or a medical provider, you may receive primary medical care and related health services at Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic.

Here a professional medical team will provide you with quality urgent and chronic healthcare services, prescription assistance, wellness education, and other services in a caring environment.

Hours of Operation
The Primary Care Clinic is open at 5 pm on Monday and Thursday evenings. Patients are screened in the order they arrive and seen on a first come, first served basis. Examinations begin at about 6 pm.

The Chronic Healthcare Clinic is open on Tuesday. Patients are seen by appointment.

Clinic Costs
The Clinic is a free clinic. There is no charge to you when you visit the clinic. However, donations are greatly appreciated.

Lab and X-Ray services
Lab or X-Ray services will be provided, through the generosity of Olympic Medical Center (OMC), when needed to make an accurate diagnosis.

Specialty care
If the medical provider determines that you need to see a specialist, a referral will be made. The cost of specialty care is the responsibility of the patient. An attempt will be made to refer to specialists connected to OMC. This allows the patient to apply for the hospital's financial aid program.

Prescription assistance
Our team prescribes generic drugs whenever possible. If it is necessary to prescribe a brand drug, we'll help you find an affordable pharmacy to fill your prescriptions. Application assistance is available for those who need long term or high cost medications from specific drug companies. Eligibility is based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Location

We're located at 777 N. Fifth Avenue - that's north of Washington Street, between Hendrickson and Old Olympic Highway, on the West side of the Street at the rear of the building.
